Do you agree that Mushroom cream is everything? When I was a little kid, I used to think that the canned mushroom soup is the most comforting food ever. I actually do look forward in making the easy quick comfort soup on rainy days or when days I feel slightly under the weather. Oh not to forget it is the best remedy for period pain too. Instead of making carbonara, which you will need to get the carbonara sauce or having the safest and freshest egg yolk to make the authentic carbonara. So I like to make white based spaghetti with canned cream of mushroom soup just because I will always have that in stock at home and it can be stored for a longer time. I am sure if you stay in a hostel during your university days would have thanked this can of mushroom soup.

Notes
- This is a very flexible recipe. Honestly, you can replace or leave out any ingredients that doesn’t make you happy. This dish is meant to make you happy. So whatever that you like and makes you happy, go ahead and use it.
- Some of you may like more peppery taste, you can add it into step 7. I you think you like it more salty, can add salt in as well. I am making this for the kids too so I am minimising the saltiness in the daily intake especially when this dish itself is already very flavourful for them.
Prepare to feel extra loved after consuming this heavenly, warm and comforting dish. Feel the imaginary hug from me! You are so loved and blessed, remember that.
